Facilities Tour
Formioo possesses its own production facility, equipped with modern injection molding machines and high-precision tooling systems to support prototype manufacturing as well as mass production. Equipment in our inventory includes high-tonnage injection molding machines (80T to 1000T), CNC machining centers for mold tooling, EDM and wire-cut machines, and robotic arms for automatic part handling and secondary processing.
We also possess ancillary systems such as drying ovens, dehumidifiers, mold temperature controllers, and medical-grade cleanroom molding plants. Our quality lab contains CMMs, optical comparators, and surface roughness testers to make sure that every part meets your specifications.

Multi-Stage Quality Inspection
At Formioo, every molded part undergoes a multi-step quality inspection process. From incoming raw material identification and mold set-up inspections to in-process inspection and final dimensional inspection.
Our quality control personnel checks significant parameters like part dimensions, surface finish, flash, warpage, and fit-to-spec tolerance using tools like CMMs, calipers, and visual inspection stations. In functional or cosmetic parts, additional tests like drop resistance, color matching, or material property check could also be performed.
This multi-layer inspection system eliminates faults, reduces rework, and guarantees that each shipment of products meets the standards required by global customers, on each production run.


Certified Materials Only
For Formioo, we use exclusively accredited raw materials sourced from trustworthy and reliable dealers to ensure product safety, mechanical strength, and long-term performance. All the resins, thermoplastics, and engineering-grade polymers such as ABS, PC, PP, PA, and medical-grade materials are in line with international standards such as RoHS, REACH, FDA, and UL.
Each batch of received materials is inspected for verification and entered into our traceable inventory tracking system. We conduct incoming inspections for material certification, moisture levels, and compatibility with project requirements before any production begins.
Traceable Case Documentation

We log crucial data like material batch numbers, mold ID, machine settings, assignment of the operators, inspection records, and any process or design adjustments made during the run.
